International Sales Manager

Crush Wines are a dynamic brand owning company founded in 2006 supplying retailers, distributors and the on-trade. This is a new position created in order to take export sales forward. This is a fabulous opportunity for anyone keen to influence a small/medium sized company and to share the fruits of their hard work by opening up new accounts and markets and developing them for the long term. The successful candidate will be working in a great team and will enjoy having a lot of fun as well as handling an excellent, desirable portfolio.

About the Role 

  • Establishing company owned brands notably the hugely successful Bijou with retailers and distributors in main importing countries of Europe, USA and the Far East. Brand and account planning. Full P&L responsibility.
  • Building on current sales and developing relationships with current partners and customers. Attending trade shows abroad and other selected trips.
  • Visits to the market place, working at board level and relationship building with sales and marketing teams. Prospecting, selling and trade marketing.
  • Database management.
  • Definite growth and career path.
  • Work from home and Wiltshire based office.
  • Highly attractive salary and bonus commensurate with experience.

About the successful candidate

  • Qualified to degree level.
  • Fluent in French or German.
  • A self-starter and a good traveller. Comfortable in different countries and with new cultures.
  • Proven sales/marketing experience. Further training provided if necessary.
  • Good wine knowledge, WSET qualifications an advantage.
  • Personable, presentable, persistent and determined. Good negotiation skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, highly numerate and good sense of humour.
  • IT literate - Excel essential.
  • Social media communication applications.
