Waitrose has listed four new liqueurs: The Classic Liqueurs Collection. The quartet, all from Dijon-based Gabriel Boudier, comprises Apricot Brandy (24% abv; 9.39), Curaao Triple Sec (38% abv; 10.69), Cherry Brandy (24% abv; 9.39) and Crme de Menthe (21% abv; 9.39).

All four are packaged in 19th-century-style' 50cl bottles, and are designed to be sipped neat or blended into cocktails. Giles Fisher, Waitrose spirits buyer, says: The quality of these liqueurs is the best on the market... they are all made with real fruit and are more natural in taste.'
