Fizz trade show throws spotlight on sparkling wine from all corners of the world
Sparkling wines from Brazil, Portugal and California will line-up against products from more high profile fizz-making countries at the third instalment of the annual Fizz trade event in London.
The show is billed as the "definitive platform for buyers, press and opinion formers to benchmark sparkling wines alongside each other in a commercial environment".
England, Spain, Italy, Australia and New Zealand will also be represented at the show which will feature masterclasses on Franciacorta wines from Barone Pizzini, emerging regions and Reserva and Gran Reserva Cava.
Show organiser Ben Campbell-Johnston said: "It's the fantastic array of wines that the exhibitors bring with them that is the key to its success and it's also an important opportunity for buyers and press to refresh their knowledge, palates and wine lists in this important but often overlooked sector".
