Quinn Glass and Cobevco rebrand as Encirc

Published:  12 May, 2014

Quinn Glass and Cobevco have rebranded as a single entity - Encirc - and now offers glass manufacturing, filling, warehousing and logistics.

Describing itself as a "complete supply chain service", which will offer a "one-stop shop" for customers, the firm ships 4 million litres of finished products per week.

Encirc is the group name, but it has three divisions - one for glass, one for beverages and one for logistics.

The company has two manufacturing plants - in Derrylin in County Fermanagh it makes glass bottles for the drinks industry, while at Elton in Cheshire it fills them.

Adrian Curry, managing director, said: "We add value for our customers. We are the only company in the world that can offer a fully comprehensive range of supply chain services, reducing environmental impact, shortening lead time to retail, and reducing cost.

"Our customer's brands are at the core of everything we do. Our unique range of services allows us to closely partner with our customers as we ensure a quality offering which complements their valued brands at multiple stages of the supply chain. Our new identity - Encirc - is a further step in reinforcing this partnership where we see ourselves playing an integral part in our customers' strategy for innovation, sustainability and growth."

Encirc produces over 6.5 million glass bottles and other containers daily, and fills more than 4 million litres of bulk shipped beverages every week.

The group said the changes will offer access to Europe's largest bonded warehouse, as well as significantly shortening the supply chain and delivering "considerable cost and environmental savings" to customers.
